WOMEN’S JIU-JITSU

Led by Aaremey Cathey, our Women’s Jiu-Jitsu class is a supportive, empowering space designed for women of all experience levels—from total beginners to seasoned practitioners. Led by skilled instructors, this class focuses on practical self-defense, foundational techniques, and confidence-building through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Whether your goal is fitness, personal safety, stress relief, or learning a new skill, you’ll train in an encouraging environment that emphasizes technique, control, and real-world application. Expect structured instruction, partner drills, and optional live training—all at a pace that meets you where you are.

Come build strength, confidence, and community on and off the mat.

Our Youth Jiu-Jitsu class introduces kids to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.

Through guided instruction, games, and partner drills, students learn self-defense skills, problem-solving, and body awareness while having fun on the mats. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, listening skills, and positive character development—both on and off the mat.

This class is a great fit for kids looking to improve focus, build confidence, and stay active in a supportive community.

Noon-2 PM or 3:00-5 PM: BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Celebrate your child’s big day with an unforgettable party at Double Play Community Center on Shady Ave! Our birthday party packages offer a fun, active, and stress-free experience for up to 15 kids and parents alike. We handle the setup and clean up.

Parties include access to our athlete center on Shady Ave, with use of a mini soccer field inflatable or mini basketball court inflatable and access to our climbing wall (with parent supervision).

Whether your child loves sports, movement, or just running and playing with friends, we’ll help create a celebration that’s high-energy, safe, and full of smiles.

You bring the decor, cake and guests—we’ll take care of the rest!
