This program is designed specifically for high school athletes looking to elevate their performance. Athletes will develop strength, speed, agility, and power through structured, progressive training sessions.
5:00-5:45: ADULT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Led by Sam Benzing, this high-energy class combines power movements, strength training, and high-intensity cardio for a full-body workout. You'll build muscle, boost endurance, and improve overall fitness in a supportive group setting. Open to all fitness levels—come ready to move, lift, and sweat!
