Jiu-Jitsu Training at Double Play Sports is a skill-building class focused on developing strength, confidence, focus, and discipline through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques. Led by competitive instructor Aaremey Cathey, classes are designed for youth and adults of all levels, offering a supportive environment to learn self-defense, improve fitness, and grow mentally and physically.
CLASS INFORMATION
Register for one class or for multiple, pre-registration is NOT required. Drop-in for $10/class OR purchase 10 classes for $90.
ADULT CO-ED CLASS
MONDAYS | 7-8PM
This class is designed specifically for women looking to build strength, confidence, and practical self-defense skills in a supportive environment. Whether you’re brand new or have prior experience, the focus is on technique, discipline, and personal growth at your own pace.
ALL ADULT CO-ED CLASS
WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS | 7-8PM
Our All Adult Jiu-Jitsu classes welcome beginners and those with experience, with instruction tailored to all skill levels. Participants will develop physical strength, mental focus, and disciplined technique through structured training and real-world applications.
YOUTH CLASS
FRIDAYS | 6-7 PM
Youth Jiu-Jitsu focuses on building confidence, discipline, and respect while teaching age-appropriate techniques in a fun and structured setting. Classes emphasize teamwork, focus, and physical development, helping young athletes grow both on and off the mat.
