Free Meal program for Seniors, Monday-Thursdays 11 AM - 1 PM

Our Bardo Rd. Free Senior Meal Program provides a warm, welcoming place for seniors to enjoy a nutritious meal and great company Monday through Thursday. This program is designed to support our community by offering a reliable, no-cost dining option while encouraging social connection and fellowship. Whether you’re stopping in for a meal or staying to chat with friends, all are welcome to join us and be part of a caring, supportive environment.

Respite Care

Bardo Rd. 10AM -2PM Mondays & Wednesdays

Our Respite Care Senior Program provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for older adults while offering caregivers valuable time to rest and recharge. Participants enjoy a variety of activities designed to promote social connection, mental stimulation, and overall well-being, including games, light fitness, music, and group interaction.

Water Aerobics

(April 6-May 15) Monday, Wednesday, Friday at LACS pool. 7:00am-7:45am 6 week sessions

Dive into fitness with our Aquatics & Water Aerobics program! Perfect for all ages and fitness levels, our low-impact classes use the resistance of water to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and boost cardiovascular health—all while being easy on the joints. Enjoy a fun, supportive environment where you can stay active, cool off, and connect with others while getting a full-body workout in the pool.
