The Get FITT program is built around the FITT principle—Functional, Interval, Time, Training—to help participants develop a balanced and effective fitness routine. Each session includes a mix of strength training, cardio, and functional movements designed to improve overall fitness, build healthy habits, and increase confidence in the gym.
